Additional Person Charges (per night)
All rates are based on double occupancy. Extra persons age 8 and up are charged $10 per day, per person. Children 7 and under are free.
Pets
Solbakken accepts pets in certain cabins and motel units only. Pets are NOT allowed in the Guest House, Jonas House, Cabin 1 or Suites, or Lobby. Pets are $15 per pet, per night (2 pets max.). Pet reservation required. Unless kenneled, must not be left unattended in unit. Dogs must be leashed on grounds.
Deposit
A deposit of one-night’s stay is due at the time of reservation.
Payment of Balance
Full payment for your stay is due at check in.
Cancellation Policy for direct bookings through Solbakken Website or Front Desk
You man cancel up to 14 days prior to your arrival for refund of the deposit, minus a $25 cancellation fee. There are no refunds for cancellations within 14 days of arrival.
There are no refunds or credits for early departures.
Cancellation Policy for Third-Party Reservations
Third-party reservations made through Expedia, Booking.com, Lutsen.com, and others are subject to their own specific cancellation policies. If you make a reservation through one of these sources, please contact them directly to cancel or change your reservation.
Taxes/Fees
8.375 % state sales tax, 4 % local lodging tax
Minimum Stay Requirements
There is a 3-night minimum in all cabins, suites and vacation homes.
